What to include
Include your account email, the feature involved, when the issue happened and any receipt, task or call reference displayed. A screenshot with private information removed can help. Never send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, wallet recovery phrases, private keys or complete payment-card details.
Billing or a pending charge
For current Telephonist subscriptions, open Telephonist billing. For a historical Benaiah payment or balance, contact support with the receipt reference and amount. Retiring an old website page does not erase existing balances or cancel subscriptions. Avoid repeating an uncertain payment or call until its status is known.
Historical wallet transactions
For an existing transaction, include its provider and reference when contacting support. Never send a private key or recovery phrase. We will explain whether Benaiah or the payment provider needs to investigate.
ChatGPT connection or callbacks
Use the Benaiah account you intended to connect. Calling requires the feature to be enabled, a verified personal number and the applicable funding approval. If a task is still queued, cancel it before disconnecting when you want the work stopped. Disconnecting does not recall a call already placed. Directory availability and private development access are separate.
Cancellation, refunds and privacy
See the cancellation and refund terms. To exercise data rights or report a privacy concern, read the privacy notice and email us. You can also use the registered-office address below for written correspondence.
Accessibility and human help
If a sign-in, payment or approval screen is inaccessible, describe the device and the step where you became stuck. Ask for human support whenever an automated response does not resolve your issue.
