Use Low, Medium, High, Extra High or Pro for text conversation in the Benaiah app. No Credits or payment method required.
Pro includes 10 requests per account every five hours. The window starts with your first Pro request and is shared across all agents. A continuation is another request. Choose another free Auto level or wait for the reset when Pro runs out. There is no automatic paid fallback.
Fair-use limits: two simultaneous requests, 12 per minute, and up to 32,768 input / 4,096 output tokens per request. Platform capacity limits apply. Low through Extra High have no recurring message allowance. Unknown usage remains pending until reconciled.
Free Auto covers direct in-app text, not paid tools, group fan-out, background jobs, voice, calls, computers, direct API or native managed Codex/Claude sessions. Auto High uses Muse Spark Contributor; Meta may use prompts and outputs to improve its products. Contributor data-use notice.
Credits and pricing
£5 paid. £5 Credits.
Credits pay for manual text models, direct API usage and Voice. Purchased Credits never expire. Top up £5, £10, £25, £50 or a custom amount up to £5,000 by card. The public crypto beta accepts £5 per purchase in native USDC on Base; network fees are separate.
Eligible verified accounts receive a clearly labelled £1 one-time text trial. It never expires or replenishes; eligible trial Credits are used first. Free app Auto does not spend either balance.
Paid work reserves funding before it starts. Verified usage is charged once and unused funding is released. Unconfirmed usage stays held. Text prices target a 30% margin on direct service costs, excluding tax, capped at the rates admitted before work; payment-processing overhead is tracked separately.
Auto-top-up is optional and off by default. When enabled, it buys £10 of purchased Credits whenever available purchased Credits falls below £2, subject to your editable monthly cap. Manual top-ups do not count towards that cap. Voice uses purchased Credits for listening, intelligence and speech, including Auto. Before starting, agree a maximum £1 for a session lasting at most 15 minutes. You only pay for verified usage, with receipts. Free Auto text is unchanged. Calls, new paid Phone numbers and Cloud Computer are not available in this public release. Existing agreed resource retention is charged separately. Existing subscriptions, protected allowances, number promises and prior API balances remain intact.
