# Situational Awareness x Genomic Revolution

The Intelligence Stack Portfolio is a personal fund cockpit for a private/public AI infrastructure thesis. It is designed as a decision engine rather than a conventional portfolio tracker.

The core question is:

**Does this change the investment decision?**

## Current Architecture

The portfolio has two sleeves:

- Private frontier exposure anchored to ARK Private Innovation ELTIF source documentation.
- Public exposure pulled from Trading 212, rotating fully into a Schiehallion-led private mega-growth wrapper.

## Public Sleeve Rules

The public sleeve mandate is wrapper-led, but tracking is account-wide: the live Trading 212 feed includes both pie constituents and positions held individually. Positions outside the target mandate, including DXYZ while it is held, remain part of live value and the holistic portfolio even when their target weight is zero.

| Exposure | Target |
| --- | ---: |
| MNTN | 100.0% |

The holistic holdings view uses actual Trading 212 account weights. It expands only the live MNTN slice into the Schiehallion economic look-through rather than showing a duplicate wrapper row; every other live public position remains a separate counted holding. Schiehallion data is sourced from Baillie Gifford's 30 June 2026 factsheet and top-ten workbook: 52 reported holdings, with exact top-ten weights and 2.1% net liquid assets. No exposure is hidden in an "Other" bucket. Because the issuer's latest full company-level sheet is dated 31 May 2026, each lower company is named using its official 31 May relative weight and proportionally scaled into the known 29.89% June residual. Those lower-book rows are explicitly marked as estimates. SpaceX and Databricks are blended with the ARK ELTIF rows where they overlap; standalone current top-ten exposures include Bending Spoons, ByteDance, Tekever, Anthropic, Stripe, Wayve, Affirm and Wise.

## Private Sleeve Calendar

The private sleeve is manually tracked against ARK Private Innovation ELTIF source documentation.

- Current settled private allocation: £9,900.22.
- Initial tranche: £10,000.
- Initial settlement/NAV watch: 2 July 2026.
- Additional pending or escrow allocations are excluded until settlement.
- Next funding deadline: not included in live fund value until a new allocation is formally settled.
- Expected next settlement window: not included in live fund value until confirmed.
- Monthly contribution target: at least £1,000.

Funding options are earned income / dry powder or harvesting public sleeve capital into the private sleeve.

## Thesis

Intelligence requires compute.

Compute requires chips.

Chips require memory.

Data centres require power, cooling and real estate.

Private frontier exposure captures upstream AI winners.

Schiehallion expresses listed late-stage private mega-growth. The current model names every non-zero company available from the official full portfolio source, including Bending Spoons, SpaceX, ByteDance, Anthropic, Databricks, Stripe, Wayve, Wise, Vinted, Revolut and Tenstorrent. Exact June rows and estimated lower-book rows remain distinguishable by source date.

## What The Fund Cockpit Surfaces

The live fund page prioritises:

- Portfolio value.
- Since-last-close performance.
- Recommended action.
- Why the recommendation exists.
- State of the market environment.
- Theme leadership and weakness.
- Latest portfolio-relevant signal.
- Next review event.
- Private sleeve funding deadlines.

The dashboard intentionally hides lower-priority analytics behind the interface so the first screen stays decision-led.
